Turtle Time

This is a mini update with a single picture of a turtle from early 2016, this was taken on a return trip to Natural Falls State Park in Oklahoma.

(I'm also being sneaky and this is an auto update that I made the same time as the last update, just scheduled to automatically update at a later time.)

Natural Falls State Park 2015

Been awhile since I updated this.  Shortly after the last one, I had  to have another eye surgery

which kinda hampered most of the summer and fall of last year.   Although now I am doing mostly better. 

Here are some pictures taken from Natural Falls State Park in Oklahoma. These were taken in October of 2015.

Cicada Thursday!

Yikes its been pretty much a year since I updated last.

Honestly there isn't much excuse for it, sure there are lots of little things, but no real excuse.

So to spring back to life, here are some pictures of a Cicada bug I took in August of 2015.  

I'm not a bug expert, well I'm not an expert at anything.  Still here ya go, these were taken during the night.

A Foxy Rose!

Yikes, it's been awhile since I updated.  No real excuse besides laziness to be honest.

Birds Birds Birds in the Snow!

Well first let me say sorry about not posting an update the past few months.  No real excuse other than being lazy and forgetting to.  It's September now, and fall is slowly inching closer.  Then winter.   My two favorite seasons.   So to celebrate here are some birds in the snow pictures from
February 2015, with a bonus picture!

So first up are two pictures some male cardinals.

Now for some female cardinals.  Hanging out under a eastern red cedar tree in my backyard.

 

 Last of the bird picture is a white crowned sparrow and a female cardinal in snow.

Hey who is that eating some of the bird seed in my yard!?  It's one of my dogs Star.  She apparently thought she was a bird.
